| Rent or Buy | | I think most folks will expect me to base my decision on the economy today that is not the case.I have always owned a home in fact 30 years when I moved into an apartment, may I say that I love the living style that comes with it.With owning a home you get to use the interest as a write off at tax time, apartment there is no loan so no interest to write off.You have taxes to pay on the home, the owner of the apartment complex pays them not you. When something breaks such as a stool, garbage disposal stops working and it goes on just pick up the phone and someone else comes and fixes it for you.You don't have to stop take a look at the issue or issues at hand, make a trip to the hardware store and let's take a look at the time involved on the job at hand. With this said and done you have to hope you have the knowledge to do the repair so if it's not done right you have not only used your time the repair isn't fixed. You can't write off time or unhappy family. I used to buy them all the time when the economy was better but now that I don't make very much anymore I like to rent the only used your time the repair isn't fixed. | | Have you ever been dollars short on your rent? | | I am 15$ short on my rent that I need by Monday. I just borrowed 100$ and I had the rest in the bank. I can't for the life of me think where I could get the rest from. I have 18 in my paypal account but I have to get a picture of this purse my customer wants me to make. I've been active in Neobux for 2 months now and the first $1 earning I got was used to rent 3 referrals. Tomorrow I am entitled to rent referrals again but looking from my balance in Neobux, my current balance is only enough to rent 3 referrals. | Do you rent or buy the movies that you watch at home? | | There are lots of ways to enjoy a movie. One is going to the movie theater to watch a newly released movie and sometimes earn you some bragging rights because "you are the first one" to watch it. Others just wait for it to be available at movie rental stores or kiosk or even buy them from known business establishments. People who buy the movies can stash them up as part of their video library.I prefer to watch a movie in the comfort of my own space so I rent the movie to watch it for the first time. I then decide to buy it if it is worth watching over and over but only at a later date because it will be more or less cheaper that time. I prefer renting from a kiosk so I just return them the next day after watching. So which do you prefer? Do you rent movies or do you buy movies? Share your opinion! | | thinking of rent-to-own properties? | | I cannot fault most of my clients if in the market now they are looking for a property that is listen under 'rent-to-own'i guess this is the most effective and cheap way of buying a property now.one does not need papers or would be thinking of monthly amortization. rent to own would just like be a regular--renting of propery but in the end you'll get the propert.But you know what, at the top of my list I don't really recomend this to my clients; most of the rent to own units in the market are placed because they are the last resort of the owners to dispose their property. It's either the property is dilapidated already and needs too much repair. But then again it still depends on the intent of the buyer.But i tell my clients--if you are not as so much concerned with the house and the lot area of the property is big, get the property; this is the advantage of rent to own properties--its not really the house that you are buying but the land of which you can use--you can put up a much more grand house than the one standing. | |

| Apartment owners: would you rent your home? | | A lot of people who owns an apartment or house where they are not living in are wondering if they should rent it. Many people decided to rent it so they get another income every month, ones to recieve a bit of money, others to pay the apartment from this money they recieve as they still don't have it paid. Other owners prefer to have it closed, because the are frightened and worried about if the leaser would not pay so what should you do in that case. Sometimes it's difficult to keep them out. Do you have any property which you lease to another person to get another income? What's your experience about it?
