ann coulter Discussions
| If Democrats and Republicans had Brains they would be Libertarians | | Ann Coulter wrote a book a little while back titled If Democrats had Brians they would be Republicans. She is half right, but what she does not understand is Republicans do not have brains either. Both Dems and Repubs will fight over which government plan would be better. What is the difference? A government plan is a government plan. A new approach the Libertarian plan less government is better government. Laissez-faire economics what a concept, people not government in control. People actually making and having to live with their own decisions, no the government doing it for them. | |
| | What if Jesus really does come back? | | -This is a very touchy subject for many people so here is my disclaimer. When I talk about "Christ Religions" and the like, I mean -most-... not all christians/catholics or thier many offshoots. I have met many delughtfull christians and catholics, but I am sorry to say that in my experience, most have been very judgmental and condescending. This does not go for EVERYONE of course.-Ok here goes. Many sects of the Christ Religions believe that one day Jesus will return to Earth from a platform of clouds to collect all those faithfull and take them to paradise. Depending on who you talk to, that time is coming soon, but thats a whole different discussion.I was pondering this idea, and as a gay man who considers himself neo-pagan... I got really scarred. What if the bible was right, and Jesus comes back and sees inside my heart and soul? He will know that I rally against the corruption of his church and the tides of brainwashed followers. (I do not mean to offend... it is only my opinion that the church has turned the beatiful message of Jesus into a tool for domination and control ever since the bible was written).I know I would be one of those left behind because... | |
| | Liberals are too FUNNY! Or PATHETIC? | | At the link is commentary by a liberal journalist who maintains that global warming and rising oceans are going to inudate low lying Red States where conservatives live within the life time of his cats. According to this commentator this will force conservatives to higher ground politically controlled by liberals where the conservatives should be allowed to live but be gerrymanded into political impotence while being taunted with, "We warned you this would happen!".http://www.baltimorechronicle.com/2007/122407Lindorff.shtmlThis scenario will not happen for 2 reasons.1) The oceans will not rise more than 2 inches in the next 100 years.2) Conservatives own guns, liberals don't.When push comes to shove, liberals will not be telling anyone what to do. They can ask their political icon Mao to verify the guiding principal concerning this. Here it is, "Power comes from the barrel of a gun." (Mao Tse Tung)Anyway, here are my questions. Is the author truely serious in that he believes what he is saying? (Pathetic)Or:Is the author merely jerking the chain of conservatives in order to have a good laugh like Ann Coulter does to liberals? (Too funny) | |
| | The Poor Conservatives... | | I heard this earlier tonight on Live With Dan Abrams and I have to say he made a good point: right-wing extremists seem to make a habit of proclaiming themselves as victims of an evil liberal left-wing conspiracy. There's Bill O'Reilly and his recent unfortunate statements about how surprising it was to discover a Harlem restaurant was just like an ordinary restaurant, there's Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, all over the place promoting his new book, rehashing the liberal witch-hunt against him over 15 years ago, and of course there's Rush Limbaugh who constantly puts down victims of all types except for the countless times he has been victimized, most recently over his comments calling troops who don't agree totally with the Bush policies "phoney soldiers". Media Matters, MoveOn.org, the mainstream media in general, the Senate and House Democrats, VoteVets.com...all of these evil doers make up lies and make fake recordings of these poor, ever-righteous and moral characters because these liberals are afraid of them, afraid of the truth they represent, afraid because the left knows the "right" is RIGHT...
Poor little Ann Coulter was victimized by the nasty Jersey Girls, the...
| | Worse Person in the World! | | Who would you choose at the ultimate WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD? Keith does it every night so you can come up with just on set...worse, worser, and worsest!
I say Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter and Bush/Cheney (they come as a set!)

| | USA to commit national SUICIDE? | | That's right! The Chairman of the Expediency Council of Iran (Rafsanjani) has declared that if the USA were to attack his country it would be the same as if the USA decided to commit national suicide. One wonders if the Chairman of the Expediency Council of Iran is familar with any of the late Saddam's bellicose ignorant statements. One wonders if the invasion of Iraq was a result of any of Saddam's words. One wonders if perhaps the USA might not covertly establish the COULTER DOCTRINE as national policy.Remember the famous Ann Coulter quote? "rraghead talks tough, rraghead should face consequences!" One wonders, if Rafsanjani ever wonders. To get a better idea what the Chairman of the Expediency Council of Iran could possibly be talking about, click this link.http://www2.irna.ir/en/news/view/line-17/0708049989170139.htmSo, is Rafsanjani trying to sound tough to his followers or do you think he believes what he is saying? | |
| | NIFONG according to Coulter | | Sure, sometimes Ann Coulter goes over the top, crosses the line, blows a gasket, blows literary steam out her ears, and occaisionally just sounds whacko. This is not one of those times. Ann Coulter gives us her take on the Nifong fiasco. http://www.anncoulter.com/cgi-local/welcome.cgiWhat do you think of the punishment for Nifong in the case of the malicious prosecution of the Duke Lacross players?Should he also go to jail? | |
| | The Right Brothers | | Has anyone else heard of this group? They are a conservative music group with songs such as "Bush was Right"
"Trickle Down" "I'm in Love with Ann Coulter"For any true conservatives out there who enjoy more uptempo music, go to their site and listen. I love them.
| | What happened to make Ann so mean? | | What are you opinions of Ann Coulter? Personally I don't like her but I do feel sorry for her. What a burden it must be to carry around that much anger and hate. I wonder what happened to her to make her so mean spirited? What do you think? | |
| | Team zit destruction, thank you | | I went to the dermo-ma-doo-da-tologist last month, and he stabbed me with needles and now the thing's almost gone. It certainly doesn't hurt anymore. And by the time I got to Kimmel, their crack make-up staff was able to make it disappear like a plate of cocaine in Ann Coulter's dressing room.I've always been very proud of the cynicism, world-weariness and general, pissy-punk attitude of most of the responders. Gathered 'round me, ye disaffected! But these last two days you all turned into a pack of concerned, sweet Jewish grandmothers. And nothing brings a tear to my eye faster than someone who's screen name is "PussiesCryRape" admonishing me not to get the compress too hot, or I might burn my punim. We're going to make it. Each and every one of us.
