| Ann Coulter has done it again. | | She is scheduled to speak here in a University, and she was warned that Canada have very strict laws about hate speech here, and basically she better be careful about what she says in her speech here. http://oncampus.macleans.ca/education/2010/03/23/ann-coulter-responds/After the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, Coulter notoriously wrote of Muslim countries, “We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity." This woman is clearly a racist. A student asked her a question at one of her speeches -
As a 17-year-old student of this university, and Muslim, should I be converted to Christianity? Second of all, since I don’t have a magic carpet, what other modes do you suggest.” To which Coulter responded, “take a camel.”I think it's important that we hear what people have to say, they reveal their true colours, but, she may very well be slapped with a charge in the process. I can't stand this woman, and would never go see her. Would you go see her speak? | |

It seems Coulter, who loves to attack others for playing the victim, is...well, she's pretty good at playing the victim herself...lol! Anne Coulter was quoted on this morning's news as saying that Michelle Obama was coming off like Jackie Kennedy in a halloween costume.I think she's just showing her tacky side again. I know a lot of Mylotters will say that if it was alright to knock Sarah Palin, it's okay to knock Mrs. Obama. I disagree. Michelle Obama is not the candidate. Our first ladies have a difficult enough time filling the largely undefined role that comes with their husbands victory. They get no training and pretty much have to carve out their own niche. I think most of them manage quite well considering what a rough town Washington DC can be. No matter how much I disagreed with George Bush, I always liked and respected Laura Bush.I'm not too worried about Coulter's latest diatribe because I think she will live to regret it. One good media write-up for a nice ballgown and Michelle is the winner here. Of course Ms Coulter will blame that victory on the liberal media. But it will be nobody's fault but her own.
